The Executive Committee oversees the activities of the Board of Directors and provides leadership between board meetings as needed. It is composed of the president, president-elect, past president, secretary, treasurer, and the CEO (serving in an ex-officio capacity).
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee oversees AMCHP’s financial health by reviewing budgets, financial statements, and investment strategies. It provides financial recommendations to the Board of Directors and develops fiscal policies for board consideration, ensuring responsible stewardship of the organization’s resources.
Association Committees
AMCHP’s Association Committees play a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission, goals, and strategic plan. These committees engage members in key activities, offer guidance to the Board and staff, and contribute to policy analysis and development. Comprising AMCHP members, Board representatives, family leaders, and staff liaisons, the committees may also include participants from federal agencies and partner organizations, as appropriate.
